  • REST API

    Start and end calls, transfer, manage campaigns, read recordings and transcripts. Credentials are limited by permission sets.

  • Click-to-call

    One request calls the agent first, then the customer; protected against retries with Idempotency-Key.

  • Event subscriptions

    Call, campaign, booking and PBX events are signed with HMAC-SHA256; failed deliveries are retried at increasing intervals.

  • MCP

    AI assistants can connect to your account with the permissions of a credential.
